Over a year after Terry was paid in full, I still have an unfinished kitchen with tons of mistakes. None of the mistakes I have in my kitchen have been corrected. I still have a missing drawer front, missing cabinet & crown molding, missing kick plates, unfinished paint work, paint over spray, exposed nails, doors that don't fit, poorly installed drawers & cabinets, doors that are just NOT the correct size. I've tried repeatedly to get Terry to fix all these mistakes, but he blocked my phone number and hangs up when I call from a different number. I filed with the Mississippi State Board of Contractors and the MSBOC informed me that he was working without a contractor license. I will NEVER hire Terry Smith of Frontier Construction or any other company he is a part of. I'm not happy with the professionalism & craftsmanship, as it was less than desirable and definitely did NOT meet the expectation we had. Like I said, there are over 30 discrepancies remaining in which Terry has yet to correct.

I hired Terry Smith to build and install my cabinets for my new house. I think I heard every excuse imaginable as to why my cabinets were taking so long. He lies about everything and you can not trust anything that comes out of his mouth. Very poor workmanship. You definitely do not get what you pay for. I paid him for services that I did not get. He did not finish the job. I finally had to hire someone else to fix his mistakes and to complete the job, which cost me even more money.

Paid in full Sept 2022. Terry did not start until Jan 2023. Gave excuse after excuse for delays. As of 3 April 2023, still have drawers sitting on the floor, trim not fixed and painted, trim near sink is not sanded and painted. Terry Smith will not send pictures of the doors to verify they are actually in his shop and getting painted. Excuse after excuse. Based on my experience, I will not make any recommendations to using his services.Services: Installation
