I have 2 separate experiences with this company which really has me on the fence about my opinion about this.... 1) My mother passed away. My family and I have our funeral plans through this company which we have never used before as we are new to the area. They handled everything amazingly, made the process effortless and showed AMAZING empathy. They listened to every request we had, and the funeral was (almost) how she would've wanted it. I really thought we made the right decision with this company for when the time came for my grandparents.. 2) My grandfather unexpectedly got Covid and passed away suddenly. When my mother was placed on hospice, I met with Micheal to make plans. The kindness, support, and compassion shown by him and his staff is something my family and I will never forget. He taught me a valuable lesson about life. There's no urgency in death; take time to enjoy and be a part of life while your loved ones are here. They took care of my mother as if she was their own. I am forever grateful for them.

Colonial Chapel and their crew are some of the most outstanding people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!! They exceeded my expectations and then some. When you’re dealing with such a difficult time of your life it sure is nice to know you’re doing it with people that have your best interest in heart. From start to finish they were so understanding and diligent. I wouldn’t recommend any other place.
