I went to see Karyn for a hair appointment (and my appointment was great as always) but this time I also had an appointment with James for a massage. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and finding his services at River Roots Salon was wonderful. I felt like a new person when I left! I highly recommend you scheduling an appointment with him and let him work on your concern areas, or just go to relax and enjoy the experience.

Build a coffin meant for two because I’m taking Karyn with me when I go. She spent 8 hours fixing what a salon messed up on my hair. She wanted to go home at 1pm, ended up taking me in and left at 8pm. This woman is a doctor on hair. Shes confident, knowledgeable, and my god does she provide amazing company. I had such a one on one experience with Karyn and Angela, I’ll never ever step foot in another salon. She puts everyone to pure shame yall. I got to have serious personal conversations, ask questions I’ve always wanted to ask but was too scared, and laughed in a moment of stress. I left with not only amazing hair, but an everlasting bond. River roots now runs in my veins. 100/10 experience!!!!
