Fortunately it was in time to have his assistance in making those decisions that no one wants to make. His kindness and obvious love for animals and understanding for what we were going through mentally and emotionally made the process of diagnosis, comfort and care through last months, and final goodbye so much easier as he gave us time to make peace with it and helped us know when it was time. They also sent this hand written card and gave us small vials with our babies hair in it as a memory. Dr. Jim Perkins and his staff are fantastic and understanding pets and people. 10/10 would recommend.”
