I met the store manager, Brian Antonucci in the Horn Lake store when I was picking up my Lumber order. What a super great guy. Not only brought it out with a forklift, but helped me arrange it and strap it down and brought me a water. The guy is really knowledgeable about the product and the cure times. This is my second really big purchase from Lumber Liquidators. I love what you guys do.

I should add that my sales agent when I had called the national number was Debbie Dorst near Virginia Beach. She was fantastic in handling the samples for me and expediting the order.

We were able to quickly find what we needed and the assistance from the employees was outstanding. We will definitely be back if we need flooring again. 100/10 amazing place and amazing prices!

We went here looking for some good flooring for our new home and we were greeted soon as we walked in the door ! It made us feel right at home! All of the gentleman were very knowledgeable and very helpful! They even offered me a chair to sit in as we went over paperwork in the lobby due to me wearing a walking boot . Plus they had the best prices overall! Very Awesome place we definitely will shop here again!
