The older lady, rude. (Maybe Ivy) She did my nails and they looked terrible.( Keep in mind I paid $80 for them to look terrible) I called back up there later and talked to Vallory (so sweet I go in and see her all the time) and she told me to come back in and she would fix them free of charge. I go in the next morning and Vallory fixed them, and the same lady that messed them up told Vallory to charge me more for her fixing her mess! I will not be back in to see that other lady. And do not recommend her to anyone! But Vallory, her sister and the manager, so sweet! Def recommend them!
I’ve gone to this nail salon for the last few months. The service is impeccable! I drive pass several nail shops to get here. The customer service is the absolute best. Kayla, Victoria, Valerie, and Vee are very friendly, and their work speaks for itself. I've got my friends and family coming to this location. Check them out, I’m sure you’ll be just as satisfied as I am.
Ya’ll need to go here! These ladies talk to you, they make you laugh, and they make you feel comfortable! Most of all they do a damn good job!! I took my daughter in law and we had a blast! Got manicures, pedicures, and enjoyed every second! I don’t know why there are any negative reviews! These people are awesome!
