I absolutely love Dr. Shackelford and his staff. He is definitely one amazing doctor. He was extremely professional and joked with me. The variety of glasses was very impressive. Thank you guys for everything you do!!
Dr. Shackelford is very nice. Ordering glasses however, delay delay delay. 45 days later, still no glasses. When I call the Hernando office, no answer. Maybe change your vendor.
Update: Lori reached out with a comparable resolution. So I've added a star. When I do get my glasses, maybe I can give y'all 5 stars.
Dr. Shackelford is amazing!! I have been a patient of his since 2018 and he and his staff have always offered exceptional service. He really cares about your vision and will NOT rush you through like other optometrists I’ve visited. They only care about numbers. He will take the time to ensure your glasses and contacts are the best that can be had. Absolutely recommend!!!!
