I wouldn't recommend this company to do business with anyone, and be advised after my family and I were put through hell and back for well over six months. After being threatened and called everything under the sun by the owner, Timothy Jenkins, all for asking for my refunds due to very suspicious phone call attempts after paying the deposit. If you would like to keep yourself from having to hire a lawyer, I would recommend using another flooring store; we used one out of Olive Branch and had no problems at all. Thank you.
Our floors look great! We had an issue with the wrong flooring coming in and our original choice being backordered, but Jenkins upgraded us to a better flooring (at no charge to us) and had it installed within a week. They were very easy to work with and showed up when they said they would. I am very pleased with our floors and definitely recommend them!
