it's not a main stream corporate type gym everyone knows everyone. the owner is always quick to come and greet you. great pricing. the equipment is all in great shape and everything works. it's not on some main street where your fighting to get into or out of the parking lot
HQ Fitness is a family oriented facility ran by God fearing and God loving people. Scooter is very encouraging and supporting to me and my daughter. the facility has nice equipment and is in good condition. Scooter continues to upgrade and improve the equipment and facilities . I highly recommend HQ for your family
Today was our 2nd time to work out at HQ Fitness! We joined this week & are enjoying the equipment & especially seeing Scotter! It means a lot to us when he tell us "He's Proud of Us". We decided to get fit at 60! The facility is nice & clean & there is a lot of equipment to choose from!
