Don't use they only want to sell you a new unit. I have a unit that is 9 years old, service guy never tried to fix, checked freon and started giving me HARD Sale on prices for new unit. They gave me option from 5,000 to 11,000 Hard selling that I need to replace Heating system at the same time for future expense. Got in touch with a friend that's in the business. I had a small crack in the cooper line, he soldered the line checked the pressure and was able to refill the freon. Spent a little over 900 including 11 pounds of Freon and the system is running great.
