Mr. Kevin Smith evaluated my property for installation of the bait traps. He thoroughly explained how the system worked and told me it would be installed within 30 days. When that didn't happen, he responded immediately to get someone out the same day I called. The person who came out brought a contract, but didn't install anything, and told me it would be installed within ANOTHER 30 days. Nothing happened, because that person left Terminix and lost the contract. I called Mr. Smith and he came out himself the same day and installed the bait system.
