Was an immense help both times I have went to him during my time as a student WCUCOM. Helped me fixed or diagnose the problems I had the my personal computers that ended up saving me a large amount of money (probably 100-200 dollars each time.)
FANTASTIC! Called with zero computer knowledge other than what I could find on google and he knew from me explaining my problem what was likely wrong with it and told me to bring it in. Didn't charge anything to look at it, and the price to fix it was VERY reasonable! I was shocked! AND I had it back within 24 hrs!! I would not hesitate to bring anything here. Very friendly and a great experience overall! My computer works better now than it did when I brought it in!
Ended up getting a virus on my computer that ended up trying to hack my computer. I took my computer here the next morning and was greeted so kindly when I was scared to death about my computer being messed up during the week before finals. Was told it would be ready the next afternoon. Got called that afternoon for an update that it was still on time to get picked up tomorrow. Picked it up, and it works even better than before. So thankful for these guys and helping me during a scary moment lol 🫶🫶 could not recommend this establishment more. Professional and fast.
