I came in for a 10:30 AM appointment but didn’t get seated until 11:05, which was frustrating—especially since I had clearly marked on the sign-in sheet that I had an appointment. While I waited, I watched them seat two walk-ins ahead of me, even though I was the only one there with an appointment at the time. That part was disappointing.

That said, once I was finally seated, the experience was great. They did a very neat, clean job and were efficient without rushing. I really appreciated that the service didn’t drag out once it got started. Overall, the quality was excellent—I just wish the scheduling and check-in process were handled better.

So I waited for over a hour for a manicure. I was discouraged at first. I remembered that I needed to practice patience. I’m glad that I did because the young lady that was in the very last chair in the back to the left was AMAZING and I mean AMAZING with my nails. This has been the first place I’ve went to that I loved how they treated my nails. I live in Florida but my next trip back I will definitely do the wait. Thank you young lady and the nail shop team.

I always get my nails done here. They are very professional and thorough. I’m a server so I’m very hard on my nails but after 6 weeks they still looked great and didn’t even chip. Love this place!!
