Called at 7:50AM on a Saturday. Spoke with tech and he was on his way by 8:30AM. He replaced a part and by 9AM the ac was working. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am extremely impressed with the speed of service! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would highly recommend Oak Grove Heating and Air!
We called Oak Grove Heat & Air last night around 7pm about our air conditioner not working. A technician was pulling up to our house shortly after 8am this morning. By 9am he had the issue resolved and was on his way. He was very polite, explained what needed to be done, and the price point I could expect at the end.
