“I came in for a 10:30 AM appointment but didn’t get seated until 11:05, which was frustrating—especially since I had clearly marked on the sign-in sheet that I had an appointment. While I waited, I watched them seat two walk-ins ahead of me, even though I was the only one there with an appointment at the time. That part was disappointing.

That said, once I was finally seated, the experience was great. They did a very neat, clean job and were efficient without rushing. I really appreciated that the service didn’t drag out once it got started. Overall, the quality was excellent—I just wish the scheduling and check-in process were handled better.“
