I have a reoccurring illness that seems to be too difficult for hospitals or even my own PCP. I had an appointment with this newly appointed doctor. Unfortunately, she was out and I refused to reschedule forcing my options to use Dr. Amanda McCullum. I had great hospitable service from the time I entered the building until I returned to my vehicle. Dr. Amanda was very confident even before checking the resources on my prior health conditions. She assured me that she would make me feel better. For the first time, since the beginning of the Covid Era, I felt the genuinely good caring that doctors used to provide! NP Amanda helped resolve an issue the first visit. I had a bad experience with a SeMRHI clinic and didn’t want to use none of their services, but I decided to give it a try and she made everything worth going. She was pleasant and professional and so was her staff.
