Jason and Wendell exceeded my expectations in every way. Companies have gotten terrible about giving a customer an 8 hour window for the tech to arrive and then customers just have to stand by and wait. Jason answered my call immediately, said he was checking and would call back and called back promptly. Wendell called to let me know he was heading to my vehicle and made me aware of a possible need to leave. He then accomplished all I needed and called to let me know the status. The little bit of communication made all the difference in the world and I highly recommend them.

One of the things that I will always love about Mississippi and being down South is the hospitality! I stopped by this local lock and key shop to get a couple of copies of a key. The total bill was $4 and I didn't have anything smaller than a $50 bill other than $2, which was enough to only pay for one. She told me "don't worry about it, next time you are passing through just stop by". Wow! I only had $2 on me and then I went to the car and was able to find $2 in quarters to pay my bill. I thought that was the sweetest thing, and truly the Southern hospitality way! 🙌🏿💕Thank you suggas!
