The first 30 minutes of my massage was great.. however the hour I had left was not as good. She started to get on her phone. I didn’t say anything because I figured she would quit after checking it but I kept hearing the tapping of her nails typing as she massaged me with one hand pausing often. I didn’t know she was for sure on her phone until I felt her phone vibrate on the bed. Had she had not been on her phone and massaged me with both hands the whole time my experience would have been great. Just disappointing that I paid for someone to be on their phone.

Philip is one of the BEST therapists at this location. I went in not being able to lift a 10lb weight over my head due to weakness in my shoulder. After months of dealing with this one session with Philip and I've been fine. Definitely request him if you get a chance!

After reading so many negative posts about this location... I can thankfully say that I had an excellent experience. All of the staff were friendly and informative. Karen was very professional and I look forward to many more. I have more mobility in my neck after just one session than I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend Massage Envy.
