They would not give my dogs just a rabies shot. I give the other shots . They said they had to give them all. Sounds like a money scam to me!

I took my sick dog in as an emergency walk in. He was in pain and couldn’t walk. They didn’t even look at him. They just gave me a clipboard and wanted me to fill out paper work. I left and took the extra time to get him to my vet in Purvis and he was seen right away even though he hadn’t been seen there before. I have taken my other dogs there. He was diagnosed with a tumor that is pressing on his spine causing extreme pain. They were able to get his pain under control within minutes. He’s now on a pain regimen and doing better. I will not take any of my pets to Holland even if it’s an emergency. They were closer but I get much better service in Purvis! I know... read full review

My wife took our little dog there for treatment. They gave us meds to take home. We called the following day asking for a appt. to put him down as he was groaning and suffering. The receptionist asked his symptoms and said oh that just means the meds are working. She gave us false hope that he would be OK. At 5 a.m . this morning, our little dog had seizures and went limp. He died a hour later. When we called Holland to tell them, we were told that there wasn't a vet available when we asked for appt. yesterday. Had we been told that, we could have taken him somewhere else to see if he could have been saved or at least saved him from his suffering. Do not take... read full review
