I had a great experience today at Dosseett GMC Hattiesburg! It was time for my first oil change and tire rotation and they got me in immediately. Mr. Terence Polk was extremely helpful and took care of me during my visit. I will definitely continue to do business with them for all of my service needs on my new Yukon XL.

I'm live in Texas, and stopped here for service based on their 5 star reviews, and the reviews are right! Terence checked me in and was really nice and helpful! But first impressions walking in, everyone was trying to help me, not just looking at a computer screen. Terence greeted everyone, even other employees, and knew customers names coming in. Service was fast, priced VERY competitive, but I will return here for future service just because of their customer service! Thank yall! Thanks Terence!

I took my car in for scheduled engine air filter and cabin air filter replacement. The technician noticed rodent debris in the cabin air filter and received permission to open up the area more to remove the source of the rodent debris even though this would require additional shop time above the usual charge. I completely agreed to this and appreciated how the whole situation was handled.
