They were on time, the service lasted no more than roughly 30 minutes. My Samsung washer had no drain and wouldn’t cycle and I didn’t want to buy another one they were so expensive. First repair person told me I needed a control panel, a new drain pump, etc. I wanted a second opinion before spending 600$ on parts plus additional money for labor. FixFast came by and did exactly what their name is. Thank you guys so much, I really appreciate it.
