We will not be back. Customer service is key, and KEVIN was horrendous. Kevin was rude, lacked empathy, and spent more time insulting his customers than providing good service. We come to the nail shop to decompress, and to be pampered. If you do not want to be of service, choose a new profession. 2 stars for cleanliness, and our other tech was good
Update: My pedicure did not last a week. My polish was chipping after 4 days

I asked for a soak off and new acrylics she sat me down and got out a large nail tip and started ripping them off while I looked visibly in pain. I guess I could have asked her to stop but it was just so shocking to me. However, the nails I got were beautifully done and the shape is perfect. I also feel like they have very reasonable prices.Services: Acrylic nails

I’ve been going here for three years and they never disappoint me. even when i go in and ask for more difficult nail designs they always turn out wonderful. thank you exquisite nails ???Services: Acrylic nails
