Took my desktop computer in because it was constantly blue screening. I use it for work and for home, so it was critical to get back in action ASAP. They took care of switching out some RAM sticks that fixed my system and treated me very well throughout the process. Also got an upgraded SSD so it's faster, too! Dropped it off and picked it up the same day.
They took the time and care to blow out the dust and wipe everything down and just really cared about seeing it done and done right. Will definitely use them to put together my next system. Highly recommend!

If you are up in years with little knowledge in computers: I highly recommend Computer Brilliance. I recommend them because they are truly Brilliant. They helped me with the problem I was having with my PC and they did it with patience, took time to explain what they were doing, followed up to see that everything was working properly. Today was the second time I have used Computer Brilliance: the first time was with my old PC and today with my new PC. Jeremy and his staff are terrific. Terry Tjader
