Messed my hair up before a big business event. Mary used too low strength of a developer to lift my roots and then told me she thought my yellow roots looked good. All the trust I had for her and her salon left me that day. I was so hurt. After years of being a loyal client. I'll never go to this hair salon ever again!Service: Hair coloring

I went to this salon to get a flat iron. Before i sat down I asked if they knew how to flat iron natural African American hair to which they said yes. My hair was washed and the staff started blowing out my hair. When he finally started flat ironing my hair it was obvious he did not know what he was doing. My hair looked horrible after he finished. He asked me if i liked it to which I replied no. I then payed him and left. I am not upset that my hair looked a mess I am just mad he lied. If he didn’t know how to do African American hair he should have just said so. I would have been more than happy to let him practice on me.Service: Hairstyling
