Belk is a department store offering a wide variety of products, including men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, beauty items, fragrances, home décor, and kitchen appliances. They are known for their holiday sales and discounts, featuring popular brands like Nike, Adidas, Estée Lauder, and Clinique.
Shoppers appreciate Belk's helpful staff, particularly those who go above and beyond to assist customers. The store also offers convenient shopping options, including in-store, online, and in-app purchases. While some customers note difficulty finding employees at registers during busy times, many find Belk to be a pleasant shopping experience with a good selection and reasonable prices.
My husband needed to be dressed for our daughters wedding & we are now done ! We did experience a problem with trying to reopen our BeeKeeping account after fifteen years & just couldn't get it done ? So we used our Discover card. William & his associate Simon & penny were experienced in dressing the Father of the Bride. All three were very patient in helping us try to reopen our account.
Great customer service, amazing belk app that will keep you updated on merchandise, coupons, prices check, and online orders! It's definitely a MUST, along with the Belk Card which rewards you when you make purchases!!!
Belk is a reliable department store that offers a good variety of apparel, home goods, and beauty products. I’ve found it to be a convenient place to shop when looking for a mix of brands, especially during their sales events where you can find some decent deals. The shopping experience is generally straightforward, and it’s a handy spot if you need to browse for gifts or wardrobe staples in one place.
