The staff are friendly, helpful, and kind, making pet owners feel supported during stressful times. The clinic is open on weekends, providing essential services when other veterinarians may be closed. They have successfully treated a variety of health issues, from minor illnesses in puppies to serious conditions in older pets. The clinic's attentiveness and effective treatments have led to improvements in the health and well-being of the animals in their care. Customers have praised the clinic's awesome customer service, easy check-in, and the great care provided to their pets, including sending pictures and videos. The veterinarians have successfully treated emergencies, such as dogs that had consumed glass, with excellent service and recommended treatments. Customers have been pleased with the procedures performed and the timely updates provided during their pet's recovery.
Top notch staff and care. My frenchie ruptured 3 discs and basically couldn't walk. They got her a same day CT and emergency spine surgery, and she was back on her feet in no time. I panicked every step of the way, but the staff was great with calls, visits, and reassurance. Prices seem in ball park with other area vets. CT and surgery was expensive, but it was a major surgery 🤷♀️. Payment is due at time of service but scratchpay and care credit are easy to apply for. I absolutely recommend them, especially the surgery team. Kayla the Physical Therapist is also amazing. You can tell she loves what she does and goes the extra mile. She's a total gem.
Dr. Crawford and all staff involved in coco’s care have been amazing. Staff is friendly and kind and truly love animals. Dr. Crawford is patient, knowledgeable, and willing to do what is best for my little coco. she had a lot of ups and downs but she never would have made it this far without his help and compassion. 10 out of 10 recommended we are truly grateful for animal medical center’s exceptional service.
I had to leave my boys at Animal Medical Center for several weeks due to some personal medical issues. When I was able to get them back they were in great shape and good spirits! The staff took great care of them! They sent pictures of them and let me FaceTime with them while I was in the hospital.
