This gym is amazing and always clean. Brittani is a great trainer and she helps with personalizing plans that fit your fitness needs. She is always helpful with showing you the equipment and answers any questions you. A great gym overall!

i love bam fitness in Guntown ! Brittani Scott was my personal trainer for a few months and before I started training with her she helped me so much in the gym without me having to ask. (we did not know each other at all and she always made me feel comfortable when i had no idea what i was doing!) the tanning beds are the best and the price is unbeatable!! the gym, bathroom and tanning beds are always sooo clean!!! there is cleaner allll round the gym and in the tanning rooms for the customers to use! i love being able to go to a gym and it actually being super super clean. i love seeing Brittani when I go!

I got my membership over a year ago and Brittani Scott has always been friendly and always answered any question I had! This gym is more than just a place to workout i made new friends along my journey in the gym and don’t plan on using any other gym anytime soon!
