I loved my Dr particularly but they had so many regulations that they couldn’t use their own medical expertise and had to follow their affiliates government rules. The front desk lady on the dentist side that’s there 90% of the time was absolutely horrible to me several times. Many of the staff are rude, condescending and slow. Getting appointments is a nightmare. They’re sometimes months out! I see three different Drs here, dentist, OBGYN, psychiatrist and general practitioner. For the most part the drs themselves were good but the establishment as a whole was awful. I’m glad I’m moving and can switch Drs because this was not a good experience!
Had an appointment to get my birth control prescription renewed last year. Got asked 3 questions NONE of which pertained to my period or birth control and got charged 80$. Fast forward to this year. I ran out of my prescription and call in to get it refilled only find that I’ve run out a whole MONTH before I was actually supposed to run out. I put in that I wanted doctor authorization to get it refilled which takes about a day. I show up to the pharmacy the next day, no prescription. I would just like to say this is my personal experience.1. They are hard to get on the phone. So make sure you make an appointment at the office itself.2. The reception ladies can seem rude sometimes or not super friendly. Maybe I am just sensitive lol3. I personally haven't liked any of the medical doctor's. One of them had a student in the room and let them perform exams on me. Which is understandable but they didn't ask permission or let me know ahead of time and I was very uncomfortable.
