I've had Southern Sewer Services come out twice now for two separate problems. My house was built in the 70s, so updating things comes with problems. The first time, I needed new shower piping and valves in my front bathroom along with a new tub installed. Today, Mike & Christian came out to work on my second bathrooms out dated leaking shower. Both were very respectful, informative, thorough and got the job taken care of pretty quick. I highly recommend Mike and his crew at Southern Sewer Services to anyone dealing with any type of plumbing issues.
Mike resolved our washer drainage backup issue on his service call. He is extremely customer conscious and explains the problem in detail so you understand what’s going on. If applicable, he will provide you with multiple options and work with you to decide which one makes sense for your particular circumstance. Dude is a really solid stand-up guy and good at what he does. In fact, this isn’t the only time I’ve recommended S3. About a month after he helped us with our system, My nieghbor had a full house back-up and he replaced her entire main drain out to the street. Her husband had recently passed and I offered to oversee the diagnosis of her problem. Mike happily obliged and allowed me to view the sewer cam with him as he inspected the pipe. Sure enough we found a sag in the line or a “smile” that was causing the back ups. She hasn’t had an issue since. FYI don’t drive or park over top of your sewer pipes. Highly recommended!!
Mike came out right away and took care of everything we needed. He showed us what was wrong, helped us to understand why, and took care of it all. He was great and we will definitely call him for any future needs!
