The Hancock’s are wonderful people. Very easy to work with and very attentive to detail which is not something you find in many other custom home builders. They do quality work. I highly recommend them for any building project.
This is the third house we custom built and Scott was absolutely the easiest and most straight forward builder we have ever used. He was always available for our questions and concerns, and his subs were incredibly nice. The punch list was very short, most of which he identified himself, and promptly addressed. He did a great job and we are very pleased with the house. Also, he is a very nice guy that is easy to work with.
