“I messaged Strong Roofing on a Monday regarding a roof leak and Conner called me the same day to schedule an appointment. Conner arrived the very next day and fixed the issue. I have now used Strong Roofing multiple times and between Jose and Conner they do a fantastic job. They both care about their clients, going above and beyond a traditional roofing company to make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend Strong Roofing!”
“If I could give B&M Roofing more than five stars, I would! Everyone I’ve worked with has been wonderful, polite, and professional, but I especially want to recognize Jay O’Dell.
From the day Jay showed up at my doorstep, he has guided me through every step of getting my roof redone. I can put things off when I feel overwhelmed, and having someone patiently follow up, answer my questions, and help me keep things moving has meant so much. He has always been available, and I’ve never felt like I had to figure everything out on my own.
Throughout the job, Jay has been there overseeing his crew and paying attention to every little detail. He sends pictures and updates throughout the day, making sure I know what’s happening with my home. That kind of communication has given me so much peace of mind.
His support also goes beyond completing the roof. He has explained the warranty process and will help me see it through, making sure the warranty is registered with GAF and everything is taken care of. That follow-through means so much to me, and I truly appreciate him going the extra mile.
Thank you, Jay and everyone at B&M Roofing, for making this such a positive experience. I’m so grateful for your hard work. I would gladly recommend you to anyone needing a new roof!”
“When doing a major home repair you always sweat that who you hire for the first time is the best choice. Having recently replaced my roof I was doing a lot of sweating, but no more at least when it comes to my roof. I have absolutely found the best roofing company on the Gulf Coast. My best description of them is their professionalism is off the chart from start to finish, point of sales (John) to completion (Blake). Also they were very accommodating I couldn’t have been any happier. I will always use this company as long as I have to deal with roofs. So do yourself a favor save yourself the stress if you need a roof repaired hire this company and save on the deodorant.”
