Most of the time when the husband and I use this service to help us find work, we do well. But ever since COVID, the people Ready staff has falling of their rockers. Can't get paid on time. I know it all of the staff, it is just I have bills to pay as well. Staff that works in the evenings may need a little more training and take some initiative in trying to figure out what hours have been worked so WE can get paid in a timely fashion. Michelle is the one trying to figure out what hours have been worked so my husband can get paid for yesterday's work.

It 's a okay place to work , but I think they need to get out there looking for more jobs that pay better, because $8.00 does not help you pay your bills, especially when you only get one , or two day may a week or two if your lucky. They need to look for temp to perm jobs that pay at least $10.00 a hour .Then I think they will get better workers, and better work out of their employees.The one , or two day jobs are okay , but we need permanent positions, with benefits. They do have some benefits if you been there a year, who can afford afford to pay for insurance if they are only working a couple of day out of the week.PS People Ready get on the grind
