This has been the dentist that I go to on the regular for over the last couple of years. Yes, I do recommend them, but this is just my take on the business. The bad: I feel like there is an ego or they think they are way smarter than all the patients they see and that they are next level over you. That's just the vibe. I don't get any good vibes between hygienists and the patient. Just seems to be this fake nice persona. There is no easy calming chat...vibe to where the patient feels like this might be a pleasant experience when we all know most people don't really love going to the dentist in the first place. It does get better...This past time my hygentist....probably did the best job anyone has ever done cleaning my teeth in my lifetime, she did cock an attitude early in the cleaning and how she said something....I didn't really like it at all. She could have been nicer about it and treated it a little better about the situation. I guess she was frustrated or something. The good: They are professional and take things seriously. They do a good job as dentists and hygienists. The only one that seemed to have a personality was one of the doctors that dealt with my cavity back in January. She also seemed to be very sweet and genuine.
Dr Kenny is the best dentist I have ever had. I've had A LOT of dental work done since a child. and she is the only one that has ever actually seemed like she cared when talking to me. Giving me options and her own recommendations as to what she thinks the best long term solutions are, so I can have most of my teeth for a long time. Giving my hope back ❤ the office staff is great too, always helpful and friendly.
