Memorial Physician Clinics Courthouse Walk-In is a local walk-in clinic that takes good care of its patients. The registration representative, Tiffany, is wonderful, helpful, polite, and professional. She makes visitors feel welcome and taken care of, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. The nurses and nurse practitioners, including Jennifer, have been praised for their ability to identify and address medical issues, as well as their reassuring and teaching nature. Although wait times can be long when the clinic is busy, the staff is friendly and works in a timely manner. Patients have expressed appreciation for the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire team, making visits comfortable and enjoyable. Many have had positive experiences and would highly recommend this clinic for its excellent service and care.
Kimberly, Beth, Laura, and the front desk were all so helpful and patient. They went above and beyond for us and did way more than we expected from a walk in clinic compared to other experiences we have had elsewhere. Kimberly listened to each and every concern and was very thorough with her assessment and was willing to put in tests, labs, and even got us set up with a primary care provider with help from Laura. Could not recommend this clinic and the staff enough.
Great experience with great people! Dr. Strickland was beyond compassionate and caring and took the time to listen to me and did not rush me. Melanie and Tiffany in the office were awesome as well. Everyone had a great attitude and made my experience super nice. Unfortunately, Dr. Strickland's residency is over soon and he'll be moving on to the VA. Memorials loss will be the VAs gain, but the veterans will be so well cared for. Thank you all!

They welcome you and get you to a room as quickly as possible . Dr Battaglia really listened to me and asked questions based on what I said and what she needed to know. She gave me a new kind of antibiotic that knocked out my infection in 3 days! First time that has ever happened. I'm 81 and have had a few utis, but never this quick a relief. And a few days later she called me and backed it up my treatment with a one dose anti-yeast medication for a complete recovery.
