Mr. Farmer went over and beyond what I expected from customer service. He listened and empathized with my situation. After I voiced my concern, he immediately addressed it, took action, and rectified it. He did not buck from the challenge; he faced it head-on.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Quality products as well as a wide variety of product. Pricing was amazing, too- at *least* a whole $1 per square foot cheaper than both Home Depot and Lowe's.

Didn't even know this store existed. Stumbled on it and I will be a loyal customer going forward. Unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable staff. Arranged delivery and installation within a tight window and under budget. I can't say I've had a better experience with building materials.
