I had the worst time getting someone to come out at first it was because Kim called and said she would be out in 45 min, I asked if she had saline flushes she said no very rude I might add, as she said I will check with admin to which I said thank you. Meanwhile my drain isn't draining and has backed up and on day 3 I call again to find out through Carlos that they were told I refused service I went back and forth with these people and ended up in the hospital due to my drains not working and they refused to bring flushes well Kim did. Then finally once my surgeon's office got involved I got a call from a nurse named Gretchen. Gretchen is the best, she is responsive, she listens instead of treating me as one size fits all attitude, she cares about your comfort during these times, my surgeon has spoken with her now and is very impressed with her knowledge, preciseness, and responsiveness. If you must have these services please do yourself a favor and request Gretchen. Carlos also was very courteous and was working late on Christmas Eve so I'm betting he's a good nurse too.
