The service was excellent! I woke up to a broken AC and had a 12 hour shift to work. Horton H&A was able to come the same day after my shift ended at 730pm. It only took them 30-40 minutes to diagnose and fix the issues. It was a straightforward process without any upselling/sales tactics. Very impressed and would definitely recommend
