Called Friday at 4pm needed hospital bed that day talked to Taj nothing but miraculous. Recieved bed that evening from Hattiesburg office delivered by Carl christmas just as friendly and professional as could be. Setup and educating us about operation. Great company

Excellent Customer Service. I can only name a few companies that has impecable customer service and this is definitely the top one. Taj went over and beyond to assist us with a medical recliner for my mother. She was thorough, patient and thoughtful to my mothers needs. I cannot express my gratitude for the quick delivery and install after my mother had an accident that broke her wrist. Forcing us to make a last minute delivery change. Our delivery person was professional & efficient. He took great care that everything was set-up specifically to what my mother wanted.
