Be able to call on the phone and talk to someone actually in the store instead of having someone lie and tell you they are in the store when they are not. They are probably not even in the US. Much like the liars in our government. No more Best Buy for me.

Best buy is a good store but today when I was at Best Buy exchanging my air fryer there was a very rude manager that helped me I didn't get to catch her name but she was a really big kid with her hair in a bun her hair was like kinda bleached and blue strands of hair she has helped me before and she yelled at me but I didn't do anything to make her mad.
