The doctor has a great bedside manner and makes patients feel at ease, while also being honest about the need for appointments. However, some staff members have been reported as rude and discriminatory. Overall, the experience can vary, but many appreciate the attentive care and humor from the doctor.
I was nervous after reading reviews but I had a great experience! The ladies at the front were sweet and efficient and Dr. Barker was great! He was quick but thorough and so friendly! I’ll be sticking with Crossroads for my whole families eye needs.
The receptionist was extremely rude when we arrived 10 minutes late. We told her why we were late and she rolled her eyes and sighed, then replied with a sarcastic tone. The eye doctor however was very nice and funny.
We recently went to Crossroads Family Vision for my daughter's eye exam. The service was friendly and quick, and Dr. Barker really helped my daughter to feel at ease. By the time we left, she was excited about the possibilities for her new glasses!
