To DYLAN. 1/10/2024 you came to our home to take out a bidet and replace with a proper toilet. We are new to Long Beach, 5 months now, my husband Jeff found you based on your reviews. I was in a “plumbing emergency “ jam….I’ll spare you the details. Of course, it began on a late Friday afternoon. I called Royal Flush. They sent me a very nice man the very next morning (Saturday) and the best part was NO EXTRA WEEKEND CHARGES! Also, the repair work was done quickly and above standards!! Thanks Royal Flush!! Yall da greatest!!

I have never experienced customer service like this. Jerry Tucker was not only quick to return my call (way after hours) but he also educated me on the entire process of the possible needed repairs. He listened to my complaints and advised me accordingly. Thankfully his direction over the phone was enough to educate me and I was able to resolve the issue. But let me just say if I ever am in need of a plumber, “A Royal Flush” will be the only one I call, I suggest you do the same.D.
