My family was experiencing a water/plumbing emergency. The city we were in had been through a winter storm, and I was contacting multiple plumbing companies in an effort to get emergency assistance. I was unsuccessful, due to the apparent workload However, I was contacted by an employee with 'A Royal Flush'. This employee offered me words of advice through a stressful time. This employee was very compassionate and sympathetic to our circumstances. I cannot remember the last time I wrote a review, but through this experience, I felt compelled to. I was at a loss, experiencing something I had no idea how to handle, and distressed. The employee I spoke with had no obligation to reach out and offer advice as I was not yet a customer, and the employee was on his way to do a different job. I believe I was helped, simply for the sake of someone having compassion for another human; The likes I have never experienced and may never experience again. Through this interaction I became significantly less worried. Thank you.
