I came from out of town for work without a charger for my laptop. I was in a major bind and didn't have long to find one. Someone referred me to MicroSPED. From the minute I called, they were VERY HELPFUL. She had it ready when i arrived, checked to make sure my laptop was up and running and had me out the door quickly so that I could attend my meeting! GREAT customer service!

I purchased a power supply from this company because the power supply in my computer was fried due to an electrical surge. After installing it, I found out that the motherboard was fried. They kindly refunded my money after returning the item. Top notch service is you ask me.D Washington
