“I absolutely love the veterinarian here. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and genuinely seems to care about his furry patients. I have had nothing but positive experiences with him and feel very comfortable trusting him with my pet’s care.
Unfortunately, the experience with the front office staff has been a completely different story. The women answering the phone have repeatedly come across as rude, impatient, and unnecessarily dismissive. Even when asking simple questions or trying to schedule an appointment or bath, the tone and attitude can make the interaction feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
It’s unfortunate because the veterinarian himself is truly amazing, and I would highly recommend him. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of care he provides. A veterinary practice can have an excellent doctor, but the front desk is often the first impression clients have, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.”
