Receptionist was courteous and very helpful with all questions I had regarding my registration and sign in. The nurse taking my vitals was very thorough with her inquiry of my symptoms. And the CPN was very caring and informative as to what was ailing me.
Appts will usually run slow however, medical care is worth the wait even if you get frustrated. Everyone is professional and helpful. I would definitely returnUpdate: I’ve had the unfortunate experience to need them another three times. They really are caring people. They are thorough . I have always received excellent care and I trust them.
Online registration and appointments are ready to complete. They saw my son when he broke his thumb and were quick and very attentive. He was x-rayed and in treatment room within 10 minutes of walking in the door. Nurse practitioner on staff was personable and was very good with my injured 9 yr old son.
