I went in with high hopes. Immediately I was seated with my friend. I showed the man what I wanted ans he just looked at me. He handed me the colorchoices and I showed him what I wanted again. He refused to help me pick a color out. After I tried my best to find a color similar I showed him again what I wanted. I had a reference photo and everything. I wanted a matte periwinkle with a squoval shape. From the get go he was so rough. He cut me on 3 different fingers with his drill. He had his drillbits in an old mint box. Didn’t bother cleaning them or anything. At one point he grabbed my hand and bent it in a rough manor. I was so over it. I said I wanted matte 3-4 full review

This is my second time coming. I paid for a VIP pedicure and was quite disappointed with the service but the manager fixed the problem quickly and the technician was informed of the error. I may come back unsure at this time as money matters you should get what you pay for!!!!

This is an average to below average "nail spa."You are given a choice of treatments and levels of treatments. You are automatically encouraged to spend more of course. I was disappointed to see the poor quality of linens used & products. I asked to have my nails squared off only to have them done rounded. The nail technician was so aggressive with nippers she cut my skin and made it bleed. The exfoliating was minimal at best. Overall I will not return it will wait to go back to my previous business.
