The Mitigation Team was amazing! When we called late on New Years Day with a water issue in the attic, down two floors into the first floor walls & ceilings, Restoration 1 answered the initial call promptly, showed up when they said, followed up for 7 days to check & recheck any affected areas, adjust fans & neatly cleaned up affected areas. Every team member was professional & respectful when in our home. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. NAM & Team 10/10 service!!!
