She is no nonsense and extremely professional. I hurt my back / shoulder at the gym and she explained the importance of not chasing the pain, but following the muscle bands. Needless to say I feel so much better and can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend her deep tissue massage (if you’re not a wuss).“
