Ms Nikki always does phenomenal work and is a joy to be around, doing excellent highlights, foils, cut, color, or styling. Hannah was fantastic, working with hair and putting in dry shampoo, color root touchup, and volume spray. Taylor is a great stylist. The shop itself is modern and clean. The personnel are friendly and helpful. Plenty of text reminders are sent so you don't forget your appointment. The salon's services include shampoo and conditioning, haircut, and color styling. Overall, Lacru Salon provides amazing results and a great experience for its clients.
My husband took our 10 year old daughter to get her hair cut and curtain bangs, and styled. He told me our 3 year old got sick inside the store (she gets car sick unfortunately) and the staff were very understanding and helpful. He brought my daughter to see me and she does love her hair, the cut looks okay. It looks shorter on one side than the other but the styling was really really bad. We needed her hair curled for a party, and the theres some curly pieces and then theres hair she didnt even touch and my daughter has pin straight hair. The staff was amazing but I expected better work out of the hair. The photo is 10 minutes after the appt.
I am thrilled with how my hair turned out! I went with Hannah and she did a great job. I am a latina with thick and coarse hair, so I have a hard time finding stylists experienced with my hair type. However Hannah was very knowledgable and confident. My hair was halfway down my back and I had it cut short into a bob an inch below my chin, with the ends textured and thinned out. It came out perfectly even and it lies flat smoothly without poofing out. 10/10 experience, she was kind, professional, and very capable. Latina’s can definitely trust her with their hair!
Nikki did magic with my hair!! I left feeling like a million bucks! The ladies are all so nice and amazing, I watched other clients leave looking fabulous as well. 10/10 recommend and will be going back forever.
