Roger was fantastic! Excellent customer service and made me laugh in an unfortunate situation. My car was a tow that came in overnight with two flat tires, they called me first thing in the morning and I was ready to roll come afternoon.

My front left tire suffered damaged to the inner sidewall and couldn't be repaired. I found the replacement tire online and Firestone was the closest location for installation. I ordered the tire Wednesday night and made an appointment for 8 AM Saturday morning. I was in and out before 9 AM, and the installation charge was actually less than quoted online.Service: Tires

I got rotors and an alignment on my car yesterday. I just want to say she feels amazing on the road. A 2014 Camaro and she feels like she did when I first took her home. I am delighted.. They maybe a bit slow.. but for this kind of service.. I will wait... Gladly!!!
